Had an excellent experience here! Needed a storage unit quickly so I called Apple Self Storage as it was the best option I could find based on price and location. Rachel was incredibly helpful every step of the way and encouraged me to stop by and visit the facility. Getting the unit was easy, got a tour of the place and and was all set up promptly. The staff are kind, the place is clean and organized and super easy to access with your code. Would highly recommend!! Thanks Rachel!

We found Apple Self Storage online as we were out of province and needed to store some possessions following a death before moving them. The staff (Kathy and Cindy) were very friendly and effective. When it was time to move out, the ladies were very helpful and kind, and explained how everything worked since it was our first time to the physical location. The facility is very secure and clean. Our unit was inside so everything was kept safe. Highly recommend this storage facility.

The Manager is so user friendly, helpful, patience and supportive. For a newcomer and first time user, he has given valuable advice to us. The space is located conveniently in the North side of Saint John. Accessing the premises is convenient and loading is easy and private. Security arrangement is perfect which comfort us a lot. Though we have rented the smallest one; it gives ample space to store what we need.

It's very clean and tidy, well lit, and the temperature of the building is consistent throughout. The loading bay is covered making loading and offloading very convenient, rain or shine. We’ve been using Apple Storage lockers for quite some time now. We had an indoor unit over at the Edward/Redwood location and we had nothing but the best and utmost courteous service from all the staff. Always smiling, always polite and helpful. We now have a few outdoor units over at the Hewitson location and the staff are equally as polite and helpful. We’ve dealt with Silvio on a few occasions and l he was not only courteous and helpful, but he’s gone above and beyond expectations, to accommodate us and our needs. Having storage lockers at other places in town, I can easily say that Apple Storage is the top of the tier in storage facilities. Great prices and great people. I also noticed that between having outdoor units at other places versus Apple Storage, Apple’s yard is kept nice and clean and not a messy mud hole. I’ve literally been stuck in the mud and up to my ankles in puddles. Never been an issue at Apple. Well done and bravo to everyone at Apple Storage and you’ve got customers for life!! Dealing with Luisa whom is the site manager was an absolute pleasure and she made it a stress free sign up. She put me in a unit really close to the elevators so that it would be easy for my move when I asked about boxes she had a whole display out in front and even gave me a discount for spending over $40! Good and HELPFUL customer service is rare to find so I wouldn’t look any further, this is an amazing location.
