I was genuinely dreading getting a storage locker for a recent move, but Apple made it a solid experience. The staff were all extremely helpful and the price was under what I expected. We had one small hickup, but the staff solved it all for us in under a day.

Apple Self Storage provided me with a much less stressful storage experience than I was expecting. It was my first time having to rent a unit, I was doing so on very short notice, and the process was quick and hassle-free through their website. I was able to secure a unit on the same day I needed it within less than an hour. Once I arrived on site, the staff member, Melissa, was eager to explain how everything worked and answered any questions I had. Super friendly! She had a big smile on every time I went to see her for help. The units feel well secured and are easily accessible at any time with a passcode and key, day or night. I wasn't worried about my stuff. Monthly rates were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Apple to anyone I know who needs storage.

After a very long drive from Halifax we arrived late at our storage facility due to the storm we drove through, with 2 U-hauls and hired movers ready to unload, only to discover it was closed. The sign also indicated they would be closed the next day. In a moment of pure panic I decided to try the emergency number posted in the window. As soon as I heard the friendly voice on the other end of the line I knew everything would be okay. Angie came straight to the depot, several hours after they had closed, with a smile on her face. She was incredibly compassionate and helpful, and somehow did not seem in the least bit annoyed that she was there on her off time. She mentioned how much she enjoyed her job, which was apparent throughout our entire interaction. When I asked about the beautiful furniture pieces in the office she explained she wanted the space to feel warm and not so transactional as these were people’s beloved belongings. I know an exceptional employee when I see one, and that is Angie. She went above and beyond for us, and I can tell she does this regularly. I can’t possibly thank her enough and I want to make sure her higher ups recognize the star they have in her!

We found Apple Self Storage online as we were out of province and needed to store some possessions following a death before moving them. The staff (Kathy and Cindy) were very friendly and effective. When it was time to move out, the ladies were very helpful and kind, and explained how everything worked since it was our first time to the physical location. The facility is very secure and clean. Our unit was inside so everything was kept safe. Highly recommend this storage facility.

The Manager is so user friendly, helpful, patience and supportive. For a newcomer and first time user, he has given valuable advice to us. The space is located conveniently in the North side of Saint John. Accessing the premises is convenient and loading is easy and private. Security arrangement is perfect which comfort us a lot. Though we have rented the smallest one; it gives ample space to store what we need.

In my opinion Apple Storage is an exceptional storage facility. I have had my belongings there for two years and have been met with nothing but a professional experience. The manager Keli, is friendly and approachable and keeps the facility well run, clean and organized. Every day she or her staff check units to make sure they are properly locked. She or her staff are onsite 6 days a week 9-5. The units range in size from 10 x 24, 10 x 20, 10 x 10 and 5 x 5 perfect sizes for a boat, a car or a trailer and the facility is more than competitive in pricing. The units are on an initial concrete pad of 3 inches then an additional pad of 1 inch. This prevents any possibility of flooding but also allows for air circulation, as does the insulated ceiling, which also prevents excess cold or heat in the units. All of this also prevents mould growth and rust formation because it blocks the formation of moisture. The units are in impeccable condition with 0 rust anywhere. End units are on beams 8 inches off the ground for air circulation. The facility is gated with an entry key pad and there are security cameras everywhere on the premises. There are indoor heated units as well. There is strict rodent control with black box traps and traps also placed at the back fence to a grassy field to stop rodents from entering the facility. The pavement slopes toward storm drains to prevent flooding. There are lights at the outside of the corridor units to allow for night work. If you find you need packing supplies they have that too. If your belongings are worth storing, they're worth storing in the right place.

Stored my things here for three years. Staff were always friendly, property was always clean, well lit and all facets always worked. Never had any issue getting into or out of the property and zero problems with the unit where my belongings were stored. Management were quick to respond to emails and voice mails and rapidly acted on any issues they deemed a security risk.

Excellent customer service. Easy process. I’d highly recommend using Apple Self Storage, Fonthill.

I moved in during the day the office was closed and the staff member assisting me went above/beyond to ensure I was able to move in that day. It was easy to unload my car in their unloading area with quick access to the entrance making the moving process that much easier. Apple Self Storage has been amazing, it's clean, temperature-controlled, and easily accessible. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and have gone above/beyond each time speaking with them.

We’ve been using Apple Storage lockers for quite some time now. We had an indoor unit over at the Edward/Redwood location and we had nothing but the best and utmost courteous service from all the staff. Always smiling, always polite and helpful. We now have a few outdoor units over at the Hewitson location and the staff are equally as polite and helpful. We’ve dealt with Silvio on a few occasions and l he was not only courteous and helpful, but he’s gone above and beyond expectations, to accommodate us and our needs. Having storage lockers at other places in town, I can easily say that Apple Storage is the top of the tier in storage facilities. Great prices and great people. I also noticed that between having outdoor units at other places versus Apple Storage, Apple’s yard is kept nice and clean and not a messy mud hole. I’ve literally been stuck in the mud and up to my ankles in puddles. Never been an issue at Apple. Well done and bravo to everyone at Apple Storage and you’ve got customers for life!! Just recently rented a storage unit. Melissa was very clear with all costs and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This location seemed very secure and was very well kept.
