After a very long drive from Halifax we arrived late at our storage facility due to the storm we drove through, with 2 U-hauls and hired movers ready to unload, only to discover it was closed. The sign also indicated they would be closed the next day. In a moment of pure panic I decided to try the emergency number posted in the window. As soon as I heard the friendly voice on the other end of the line I knew everything would be okay. Angie came straight to the depot, several hours after they had closed, with a smile on her face. She was incredibly compassionate and helpful, and somehow did not seem in the least bit annoyed that she was there on her off time. She mentioned how much she enjoyed her job, which was apparent throughout our entire interaction. When I asked about the beautiful furniture pieces in the office she explained she wanted the space to feel warm and not so transactional as these were people’s beloved belongings. I know an exceptional employee when I see one, and that is Angie. She went above and beyond for us, and I can tell she does this regularly. I can’t possibly thank her enough and I want to make sure her higher ups recognize the star they have in her!

Moving is ‘hell!’! but Apple Storage can make it ‘heavenly’…clean, warm facility and Kathy and colleagues there to provide great customer service!!!

Spoke with Bonnie and she was super helpful making sure I had no questions after our conversation.

It was easy and practice. David showed me everything I need to know to access, guide me to my spot and explain very well. Clear space, ventilated, all working great.

The young man who manages this property is very friendly and helpful. This has made our transition from one property to another easier. I appreciate his upbeat personality!

Friendly staff and affordable rates for rental units! I was able to fit my all of my stuff from a one bedroom apartment in a medium sized unit, and there is still more space to store more things.

A clean facility on dry ground with lots of security. Great for storing our pleasure craft for the winter. With a simple application process, we were set up for the season in less than 15 minutes.

The price could be lower. The facilities are new, clean and easy to access. There is an indoor garage section you can park in from the back entrance lot, first come, first serve. Once you've entered your codes at the main gate entrance at the back lot, you have to get out of your car, push a button by the red walk-in door to open or close said garage door since does not open automatically. Fits 3 SUVs and 2 moving trucks. There are bathrooms inside you can use, by inputting your personal codes. The staff is nice with regular office hours and the actual storage hours are 5am-11pm every day.

Very kind, courteous and helpful young lady. Thank-you - seems to me to be excellent space available to rent storage space for relatively reasonable prices - check out promotions for best offers (like many places of course). Phyllis was a delight to speak with on the phone when we needed to book a storage locker for our upcoming move across the country. She put our unit size on hold for us as we weren’t going to be in the area right away, and stayed on the phone until we got our confirmation email. Her friendly demeanour was so refreshing compared to lots of other companies we had inquired with earlier.

We were very impressed with Samantha at Apple Self Storage Richmond Hill. She is a pleasure to deal with. She explained all the details and took us for a tour of the facility. Everything is very clean and tidy, well lit, and the temperature of the building is very consistent throughout. The entry door/bay is protected from the elements, making loading and offloading very convenient, rain or shine. The rates were the best in the area. We chose our unit and we highly recommend this new location.

This facility is so friendly and helpful. I have used Apple Storage in the past and when I found out this was managed by them I knew I was in good hands. Dealing with Luisa whom is the site manager was an absolute pleasure and she made it a stress free sign up. She put me in a unit really close to the elevators so that it would be easy for my move when I asked about boxes she had a whole display out in front and even gave me a discount for spending over $40! Good and HELPFUL customer service is rare to find so I wouldn’t look any further, this is an amazing location.

Just recently rented a storage unit. Melissa was very clear with all costs and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This location seemed very secure and was very well kept.

The prices are really reasonable, staff are friendly and very clean as well. Would highly recommend this location.
