Extremely impressed with the facility. It is extremely secure with 24 hr video surveillance and very friendly staff. Everyone has their own code to enter the exterior gate and inside loading docks with makes things easy for accessing. They offer dolly's to move your items to your locker which is very handy. The facility itself is extremely clean and well lit so you feel safe accessing your locker. I definitely recommend Apple Self Storage.

Needed a storage unit in a hurry - it might have been a bit more expensive than some of the other suppliers, but they have LOTS of units. The staff was super friendly - Patsy was so helpful. She walked us around the facility, pointed out the differences of the units we were considering. The place is clean, climate controlled, and has pest control (I noticed the boxes). When we booked, she explained everything in detail and took the time to make sure we understood the process. Would recommend.

The Manager is so user friendly, helpful, patience and supportive. For a newcomer and first time user, he has given valuable advice to us. The space is located conveniently in the North side of Saint John. Accessing the premises is convenient and loading is easy and private. Security arrangement is perfect which comfort us a lot. Though we have rented the smallest one; it gives ample space to store what we need.

The young man who manages this property is very friendly and helpful. This has made our transition from one property to another easier. I appreciate his upbeat personality!

We have rented a locker from Lighthouse Self Storage for almost 3 years now and feel very secure with their entry/exit and overall security protocols. Great people to deal with.

I would consider this the best storage facility in all of Peterborough. It is very clean, safe and secure, with security cameras covering all areas. I’ve been here for 15 years and I’ve had no issues at all. I’ve known Mark for quite a few years and I would consider him one of the most friendly, knowledgeable people I know and he always takes the time to answer any questions I may have. I would recommend Apple Storage to anyone considering renting a storage unit.

I was very satisfied and grateful for the patient and thorough process of renting a storage unit through Haileigh (hope I spelled it correctly) on May 13 (invoice 110?6 for unit 163?), including my numerous questions about web rate offers, size or area differences, and general experiences about or at the location. Has been fairly easy to access rented unit and the site is very convenient location. Not sure how often self-storage may be necessary after this current period, but would definitely rent again with Apple Self-Storage. First time renting a storage unit so I have no other experience for comparison yet no doubts so far with choosing Apple.

I just started working for a company where I’m consistently at this self storage picking up and dropping off shipments. I don’t have much experience with knowing the process of having a storage unit but Jeff has been going above and beyond with giving me a walk through tutorial from asking to get the key to properly organizing garbage and pallets at the front. He’s been patient and kind and would definitely recommend going to him with any questions or concerns you have. Now I feel more confident and comfortable coming to this location knowing what I need to do and doing it the right way.

We were shown a suitable unit and the service was comprehensive and quick. Aaron is friendly and efficient, thanks a lot!

The office is open during business hours and they are always on site - there will always be a staff member in the office to answer your questions. The facility is very well maintained and clean.
