Needed a storage unit in a hurry - it might have been a bit more expensive than some of the other suppliers, but they have LOTS of units. The staff was super friendly - Patsy was so helpful. She walked us around the facility, pointed out the differences of the units we were considering. The place is clean, climate controlled, and has pest control (I noticed the boxes). When we booked, she explained everything in detail and took the time to make sure we understood the process. Would recommend.

A clean facility on dry ground with lots of security. Great for storing our pleasure craft for the winter. With a simple application process, we were set up for the season in less than 15 minutes.

The price could be lower. The facilities are new, clean and easy to access. There is an indoor garage section you can park in from the back entrance lot, first come, first serve. Once you've entered your codes at the main gate entrance at the back lot, you have to get out of your car, push a button by the red walk-in door to open or close said garage door since does not open automatically. Fits 3 SUVs and 2 moving trucks. There are bathrooms inside you can use, by inputting your personal codes. The staff is nice with regular office hours and the actual storage hours are 5am-11pm every day.

Excellent service from Amber today as she explained storage facility and took myself and a friend through the facility to see various locker-size options (upon my request). Very kind, courteous and helpful young lady. Thank-you - seems to me to be excellent space available to rent storage space for relatively reasonable prices - check out promotions for best offers (like many places of course). Big advantages we noticed - the cleanliness and courteous staff are fantastic! Thank-you Amber (and I believe Anita who I spoke with on phone before visit today too). Keep up the great work!

I was very satisfied and grateful for the patient and thorough process of renting a storage unit through Haileigh (hope I spelled it correctly) on May 13 (invoice 110?6 for unit 163?), including my numerous questions about web rate offers, size or area differences, and general experiences about or at the location. Has been fairly easy to access rented unit and the site is very convenient location. Not sure how often self-storage may be necessary after this current period, but would definitely rent again with Apple Self-Storage. First time renting a storage unit so I have no other experience for comparison yet no doubts so far with choosing Apple.

Had a good experience with these guys. They were resonable and accommodating. Thank you guys for your help.

Speaking of above and beyond, today a pallet of our stuff came two days early and they unloaded and brought it up to our unit. By no means is this a service they offer but that act was so generous of them to do.
