Update: A few months later and we have moved our things out (we were in between homes). There were no signs of pests or critters of any kind. Our items were in great shape like when we stored them, just a bit dusty LOL (to be expected). Thanks again for the great service! If we ever need to rent a storage space again, we will be back!

What a great place! I choose Apple because of the amazing reviews they had. I went in and spoke to Angela as they had a special running on the size of unit I wanted. She explained everything and put in my reservation to hold the unit. I was able to see the facility and see the unit I would be renting which was very clean and bright. I went in and finalized everything today with Patsy. Patsy was great at explaining all the terms and going over the paperwork very clearly. No hidden costs or extras like at other places. Thank you ladies for a seamless transition! I feel amazing that my personal belongings will be held in a safe and secure facility.

I wish I knew about this place in my past moves too. I've got another move coming up, so I asked a friend where to grab packing stuff other than Home Depot, and he pointed me here. Checked it out yesterday, and they had everything I needed. Prices were fair, and Angela helped me with any questions I had. She had an extensive packing and moving experience and hooked me up with some great tips for an easier move. The only downside is they don't accept returns (which wasn't a big deal for me tbh, but anyway). Overall, I'm really happy with their service and would recommend them to my friends!

After a very long drive from Halifax we arrived late at our storage facility due to the storm we drove through, with 2 U-hauls and hired movers ready to unload, only to discover it was closed. The sign also indicated they would be closed the next day. In a moment of pure panic I decided to try the emergency number posted in the window. As soon as I heard the friendly voice on the other end of the line I knew everything would be okay. Angie came straight to the depot, several hours after they had closed, with a smile on her face. She was incredibly compassionate and helpful, and somehow did not seem in the least bit annoyed that she was there on her off time. She mentioned how much she enjoyed her job, which was apparent throughout our entire interaction. When I asked about the beautiful furniture pieces in the office she explained she wanted the space to feel warm and not so transactional as these were people’s beloved belongings. I know an exceptional employee when I see one, and that is Angie. She went above and beyond for us, and I can tell she does this regularly. I can’t possibly thank her enough and I want to make sure her higher ups recognize the star they have in her!

Start to finish I received great service from here. I let people there know I've never rented a storage unit before, and they left no stone unturned from making sure I could get what I need for the amount of items stored along side what they were so that they did not get ruined and walked me through the entire process explicitly, to the T. Very easy going, approachable, down to earth, and professional at the same time. Being in a time crunch myself, to get things out of my room at home because somethings needed to be fixed and fast, I was able to make sure my belongings were safe, secure, and sheltered. Every question I had was answered and from talking to the folks working there I know if I walked in any time during office hours for a quick question they wouldn't mind at all. I have all the info I need to relax and not worry about my belongings. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. If you've ever been in a time crunch and taking an unfamiliar route to make things happen you know the relief when it's done. Things are taken care of and usually it's a bonus to walk away not worrying about what lies ahead considering your belongings, but here it's not a bonus that's just how it is. -Kat

She walked us around the facility, pointed out the differences of the units we were considering. The place is clean, climate controlled, and has pest control (I noticed the boxes). When we booked, she explained everything in detail and took the time to make sure we understood the process. Would recommend.
