Once again, had a great experience renting an outdoor space for my travel trailer at Apple Storage on Ram Forest rd.in Aurora during the summer months in 2023. This location is easy to get on/ off the 404. The secure locked gate makes it easy to store it and access it 24 hours. Thanks Dee for the awesome service and look forward to coming back next summer.

On Friday May 2/23 I finally made a decision to go check out storages. The 2nd one I went to was Apple Self Storage. I noticed a sign called the # and Jenn answered as well as offered to come show me the units . . like right than on the spot, that was amazing!! Than when Jenn arrived she had her daughter first thing I thought was "this has to be an understanding facility!" Jenn was super as she was not distracted was able to show me all size units, in no rush & even wrote down all the info for me as well as answered some my questions twice without hesitation as I'm in the habit of double being sure. Ty ty Jenn! Than on Monday June 5th/23 I got a call from Korry asking if I was still interested & made sure I knew that if I was too busy it could wait til tomorrow yet I assured him I was coming in that day. When I went to pay for a unit, I met Korry another awesome employee who gave me the load on all I needed to know & he too had no hesitations answering my questions twice. An offer was suggested & throughout the week I had not gotten to it so naturally I called the office to inform Korry that I hadn't gotten to it yet mind I would for sure. He was so understanding & in my situation that was SO helpful ty Korry. I also have to say that these guys are so easy to deal with because by the last weekend of the month I realized I was needed a bigger unit. I called the office Korry answered, he was able to adjust everything over the phone so that I could switch over on the weekend & just come in on my regular time to pay. That for me made a big smile on my face & I cannot thank him enough. He also informed me who'd be working as he was off when I had to come in. And can you believe I was sent a ty email when really it's me who has to thank them for their; patiences, understanding, empathy & all greating me with a smile. When I went in on Tuesday to pay I met Sandra another great staff member who also had no issues explain stuff to me without hesitation ty. And can you believe this facility even had a appreciation Day for their customers!!!! Apple storage has made my life a little less stressful which has been the only easy part of my stressful year. Thank you ty thank you ty to ALL of YOU employed at Apple it really helps to have your's kind helping people like in my situation. See yous soon!!

Nice location to rent some storage space. It is conveniently located north of Bloomington south of Aurora road. It's very clean and the rates are reasonable $99 for a 10 x 5 unit. The onsite manager is very efficient and provides great customer service. I would highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for storage space to tuck away old stuff.
