Great customer service. Easy access to my belongings while I used their storage facility. I felt my stuff was safe and secure and the unit looked the same from day 1 of storage to over 3 months later. Nothing shifted , the unit was sealed tightly. Highly recommend.

Stored my things here for three years. Staff were always friendly, property was always clean, well lit and all facets always worked. Never had any issue getting into or out of the property and zero problems with the unit where my belongings were stored. Management were quick to respond to emails and voice mails and rapidly acted on any issues they deemed a security risk.

I highly recommend using this company. The service is excellent and all staff members are a joy to deal with. They are all very pro active in arranging the appropriate Storage unit and square footage needed. Even being put on a waiting list the staff keeps you up to date an informed as much as possible as to when units may be available. The units are clean, well maintained and are all very easy access. Most important I feel very comfortable having my goods stored in a safe and monitored unit. I am so pleased and happy to share my experiences and thank you Apple Self Storage.
