I am moving, so I went to the Newmarket location to see what storage locker options were available. I met Jennifer and Diana, and was very impressed that I was treated so well considering I was just a random walk in and they were quite busy when I arrived. I definitely felt like I was just more than a random customer. I was given a full tour, shown all of their different available unit sizes in person before finalizing the unit that I preferred, and was given tons of additional information about my options and their facility, that built my confidence in their facility and team! They didn’t just care about the transaction, they cared about my family, our belongings and our needs! I happily rented a unit on the spot, when I was originally expecting to leave with some info and pricing, then go shop around at some additional competitors in the area. A clean facility with a great team and a great location = A++! Thank you, Jennifer and Diana!
