I recently rented a storage unit here in Ottawa at Apple Self Storage, and I must say that I had the best and most professional along with courteous experience with both Ross and Johnathan. These two fellas are a real pleasure to deal with, and were most understanding to my storage needs. Very accommodating along with expert advice and recommendations. The storage facility itself is excellent, well maintained, has easy and convenient access and moving carts are provided for use to ease in the storage process. Look no further for your storage needs, this location and staff are the best. Very satisfied and I will definitely store my stuff here again when the need arises. Thanks again!

Had a great experience here when I was moving between cities (short term rental) … staff was super friendly onsite and the process online was very easy to navigate with lots of options. My only area of improvement would be to offer later office hours for us 9 to 5ivers (9-6 pm) but wouldn’t hinder me from using them again or recommending!
