After having recently retired from a long career in customer service, it was so refreshing to interact with Silvio. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful are all attributes anyone could ask for in an employee. I had the pleasure of being helped by Silvio at Apple Self Storage. His customer service was excellent. I had called earlier and requested to see two storage units. Silvio promptly showed me the units. He was kind, friendly and patient. Once I picked the unit I wanted, he stated that he would have it swept and ready for me later that evening (which it was). The prices were reasonable and Silvio made the process of getting a storage unit go by so smooth. I would recommend Apple Self Storage to friends!

We’ve been using Apple Storage lockers for quite some time now. We had an indoor unit over at the Edward/Redwood location and we had nothing but the best and utmost courteous service from all the staff. Always smiling, always polite and helpful. We now have a few outdoor units over at the Hewitson location and the staff are equally as polite and helpful. We’ve dealt with Silvio on a few occasions and l he was not only courteous and helpful, but he’s gone above and beyond expectations, to accommodate us and our needs. Having storage lockers at other places in town, I can easily say that Apple Storage is the top of the tier in storage facilities. Great prices and great people. I also noticed that between having outdoor units at other places versus Apple Storage, Apple’s yard is kept nice and clean and not a messy mud hole. I’ve literally been stuck in the mud and up to my ankles in puddles. Never been an issue at Apple. Well done and bravo to everyone at Apple Storage and you’ve got customers for life!!
