I have been using Apple self storage for just over a year now; the customer service I receive every time I go in to pay my rent is exceptional! I notice it’s very clean inside the building, washroom included. I originally had a 10x15 unit but when I needed less space I was able to downsize hassle free and got savings from switching cause of the promotion they had going. I’ve referred people here and they also had nothing but good to say about the units. I enjoy that it’s heated in the winter makes life easier if I have to go get something. I once had an issue with late fees even though I tried to call and was 15 minutes to late to make that call as they close early on the weekends, I figured I’d be okay even if I call Monday as I had 3 days before payment was due, unfortunately that was not the case I ended up with the late fees and having to pay them spite my efforts to let them know my buddy’s credit card they had on file that I share unit with was maxed I was still forced to pay, but I haven’t had a problem since and I’m still using them and recommend them to other.

This is our second time using the Apple “inside” storage on Redwood Ave in Thunder Bay. We have had a very positive experience with this company. They are friendly, conscientious and helpful. They also regularly offer great deals. The units are clean, temperature controlled and security monitored. There are many sizes to choose from. Unloading and loading your belongings can be done easily from inside their heated loading bays, with carts available to use. We would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! This is my first experience with a storage facility. I moved in during the day the office was closed and the staff member assisting me went above/beyond to ensure I was able to move in that day. It was easy to unload my car in their unloading area with quick access to the entrance making the moving process that much easier. Has been fairly easy to access rented unit and the site is very convenient location. Not sure how often self-storage may be necessary after this current period, but would definitely rent again with Apple Self-Storage. First time renting a storage unit so I have no other experience for comparison yet no doubts so far with choosing Apple.

The only issue I could see happening is they had changed the entrance code in one of the bays without notification. I was dropping things off for the unit, luckily someone was at the front desk. If there wasn't, I would have driven to town for nothing (live in the country). Overall, great experience
